1. Purpose and publisher

Feal helps organise appointments, reminders, due dates, profiles, vehicles, animals and everyday information. These terms apply to the mobile application and the Feal services directly connected to it.

Feal is published by Kermind Technologies, a French limited liability company (SARL) with share capital of €2,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 109 157 495, with its registered office at 6 rue d’Armaillé, 75017 Paris, France.

The publisher’s business telephone number is +33 1 84 16 50 77. Its professional contact is support@feal-app.com.

2. Acceptance and updates

Using Feal requires acceptance of the terms applicable to the version of the service being used. A material change is presented clearly before taking effect whenever renewed acceptance is required.

Accepting these Terms does not constitute consent to processing health data. Activating health features requires explicit consent, collected separately and applying to the whole account.

Refusing consent leaves the account and non-health features available. Health consent does not provide a choice of which data to synchronise.

3. Account and profiles

The account holder provides accurate information, protects access to their device and promptly reports unauthorised use. Authentication may rely on an external identity provider.

An account may contain several profiles. Before entering information about an adult, the account holder must provide the Privacy Policy, obtain their agreement to processing and authority to manage their information. Consent to health data processing must be explicit. For a represented person, the account holder acts within their powers and respects decisions that person can make themselves. The account holder attests to their authority; Feal does not verify it directly. Each person may exercise their rights with Feal, even without an account.

Feal is intended for people able to enter into these Terms. Children’s profiles are managed by someone with the necessary authority; information provided to children must suit their age and maturity.

4. How Feal works

Feal is designed to keep data available on the device offline. Structured account and profile data is intended to synchronise automatically between devices connected to the same account. The features described here apply when made available in the application.

Prescription PDFs and photos remain on the device in this version; Feal synchronisation does not back them up. Data recovery cannot be guaranteed in all circumstances.

Reminders and suggestions remain editable and are provided solely for organisation. Users remain responsible for checking important information and maintaining their own safeguards for items that stay local.

5. Health feature boundaries

Health information is declared by the user. Feal does not verify or certify it and receives no official health record from a professional within this scope.

Feal provides no diagnosis, medical opinion or treatment recommendation. It is not a medical record and does not guarantee that a follow-up, vaccination or screening is current. Any health decision should be checked with a qualified professional; in an emergency, the user should contact the relevant emergency services.

Before withdrawing the global health agreement, the account holder can export their data. Withdrawal closes health features and triggers global erasure of structured health content for the account and accompanied people from the device and Feal systems, together with local private files, while retaining the account, basic profiles and non-health features. Copies outside Feal’s control remain subject to the limits in the Privacy Policy.

The export contains the structured data available on this device in a downloadable file. It excludes PDFs, photos and attachments: save any files you wish to keep separately before withdrawal. Data not yet synced to this device may be missing. The archive is not a complete account backup and cannot be imported back into Feal. It is unencrypted and may contain health information and data about several profiles: choose its storage location and recipients carefully.

6. External calendars

Feal may offer a one-off import from Google Calendar or Apple Calendar/iCloud. The user selects the source and period, then reviews events before creating them in Feal. Import does not modify the external calendar.

Following explicit activation, export may automatically create, update or delete the relevant Feal appointments in the chosen calendar. This is not general two-way synchronisation: ordinary changes made in the external calendar are not automatically copied back into Feal.

A shared calendar, its notifications and existing copies may reveal a title, location, note or profile. Revoking a permission or stopping export does not prove deletion of copies retained by Google, Apple or people who can access the calendar.

7. Plans, purchases and renewal

Feal may offer Free and Premium plans. Features, limits and any temporary continued access after expiry are displayed in the application before purchase.

Where a purchase is offered, the price, currency, period, renewal, any trial and billing terms shown by the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase prevail. Management, cancellation and refunds are also governed by the relevant store. Deleting a Feal account does not necessarily cancel an active store subscription.

No purchase is currently offered on this website. Offer-specific information and applicable rights will be presented before any subscription in the application.

8. Permitted use and intellectual property

Users retain their rights in the data they enter. They authorise Feal to process it only as needed to provide requested features, secure the service, perform its obligations and respect applicable rights.

Users must not bypass access controls, access another account’s data, disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, use features for unlawful purposes or reproduce protected Feal materials beyond exceptions permitted by law.

The Feal name, interfaces, text, illustrations, components and software remain protected by the intellectual property rights of their respective owners.

9. Availability, changes and liability

Feal may be interrupted for maintenance, security, improvements or incidents. Continuous availability, perpetual storage and absolute recovery are not guaranteed. Material changes that reduce an acquired right or alter data processing are communicated as required by applicable law.

Feal is liable as provided by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Users remain responsible for decisions based on declarative information, their use of external calendars and the confidentiality of their devices.

10. Account closure, complaints and governing law

Users can request account deletion from the application. The operation targets data under Feal’s control; minimised evidence may be retained where required by law or to establish legal claims. Copies held on an offline device or in an external calendar cannot always be erased remotely.

Feal may suspend access where required by a security risk, unlawful use or a material breach of these terms, taking account of severity and legal obligations.

These terms are governed by French law, subject to any more protective mandatory consumer rules. The professional contact is support@feal-app.com.

For data processing, read the Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.
